The Management Team is responsible for delivering Birmingham Jewish Community Care’s strategy and leading the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the team ensures that the charity’s services are delivered effectively, sustainably and in line with its mission. They provide leadership to staff and volunteers, translating strategic priorities into practical action while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accountability and positive outcomes for the community.
